This is an opportunity to take on one of the most exciting leadership roles in UK telecoms. As Head of B2B Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Hyperoptic''s business division during a time of rapid expansion and transformation.You\''ll lead our high-performing telesales, field sales and account management teams, delivering meaningful impact in a competitive and fast-paced market. This is a highly visible and commercially strategic role where you will be responsible for expanding our B2B customer base, increasing revenue and building a best-in-class sales culture.Your success will come from a proven ability to lead through others, coaching and inspiring high-performing teams, building and scaling channel partnerships and ensuring Hyperoptic is positioned as the provider of choice in the UK B2B connectivity space.What will you be doing?
Drive growth and performance : Lead a high-energy sales culture, setting ambitious targets and delivering strong B2B revenue and subscriber growth across telesales, field sales and account management.Expand market presence : Strengthen Hyperoptic\''s profile in the business telecoms sector through thought leadership, partnerships, and a competitive go-to-market approach.Channel and partner development : Build and manage strategic relationships with resellers, aggregators and wholesale partners to unlock new revenue streams and scale growth.Operational excellence : Translate strategy into action by evolving team structures, refining processes, and embedding data-driven performance management to improve efficiency and conversion rates.Team leadership and development : Inspire, coach, and develop individuals to maximise potential and performance, creating a culture of accountability, ambition and continuous improvement.Market and performance insight : Conduct ongoing market analysis and competitor benchmarking, using insights to shape product propositions, refine sales tactics and ensure Hyperoptic remains competitive.Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with Marketing, Product, Infrastructure and wider Commercial teams to align strategy, ensure operational delivery, and achieve collective business objectives.Customer focus : Oversee acquisition, retention, and account growth, ensuring customers receive exceptional service that drives loyalty and long-term value.How will your success be measured?
Revenue growth : Consistently delivering against B2B revenue targets across telesales, field sales, account management and partner channels.Subscriber growth and retention : Driving sustained increases in business subscribers while achieving best-in-class retention rates.Channel and partner performance : Expanding revenue through resellers, aggregators and strategic partnerships, with measurable growth from these channels.Wayleave and serviceability delivery : Securing new wayleaves and enabling serviceability in multi-business units (MBUs), with efficient cost of sale and data/process compliance.Sales culture and team development : Creating a high-performance, accountable sales culture, demonstrated through achievement of team KPIs, improved conversion rates and clear succession/development plans.Operational excellence : Delivering measurable improvements in conversion, efficiency and forecasting accuracy through data-driven sales management and process optimisation.What we are looking for?
Proven experience in commercial and sales leadership roles within the telecoms sectorDemonstrated track record of growing revenue and building high-performing teamsStrong background in partner/channel sales – particularly with resellers, aggregators, or wholesale networksA collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives in a scale-up or high-growth environmentStrong commercial acumen and data fluency – you understand numbers and use them to drive decisionsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsTenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindsetWhy work for us?
