PLANNER - LONDON Our client is a large main contractor based in Central London. This client specialises in large new build projects from 10m up to in excess of 100m Job Summary: Planner to work on large new build projects in Central London. Reporting into the Construction Director. Role / Responsibilities Manage personally controlled project documentation in an orderly fashion. Drawing up the tender programme and contribute to tender queries Cooperate with the design engineer to establish a design brief for temporary works. The ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Prepare a resourced programme Provide a schedule of temporary works Attend the tender review meetings Attending the handover meetings Working day to day along the other site based teams Ideal Candidate Construction background Previous experience as a Planner Experience on Primavera and Asta systems An industry applicable qualification. Proven track record from similar sector specific organisations. Able to work as part of a team Previous UK Construction experience is preferred. Ability to manage the sub-contractors on site A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver upon your deadlines. An excellent communicator. Have strong commercial awareness.
