Head Chef - Luxury Hotel - Great Career Opportunity

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef to work under an award winning execuitbve chef and oversee the Hotel''s fine dining restaurant and high end events at the property. You will manage the kitchen and chefs and be a well motivated and strong leader. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Head Chef or an experienced Sous looking for a head chef appointment. You will be preparimg high quality food with fresh, seasonal produce including those grown on site and will ideally have experince at 2-3AA rosettte or Michelin level. The role is 48 hours per week and you will get generous tronc and benefits package.
