Payroll and Admin Swindon Location: Gloucester Position: Part Time ( hours per week) / Permanent Our client Are you an experienced payroller/administrator who is looking for a part time role within an accountancy practice? You will be working in a stand-alone role, offering a 50/50 split between payroll and general admin duties. You will have support from the wider team, however you will take full ownership of the payroll function. This position would suit someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple payrolls within a practice or similar environment. The role is fully office-based, with onsite parking available. Responsibilities You will be processing multiple client payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis You will be managing all aspects of payroll administration including starters, leavers, pensions and statutory payments You will be ensuring payroll compliance with current legislation and HMRC requirements You will be acting as the main point of contact for payroll-related client queries You will be maintaining accurate payroll records and producing relevant reports You will be supporting with general office administration duties You will be assisting with client onboarding and maintaining client records You will be supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required Key Skills and Competencies You will have previous experience processing payroll, ideally within an accountancy practice environment You will ideally have experience ..... full job details .....
