Are you a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a recent masters graduate in Architecture looking for an entry-level role with great opportunities to train within a friendly practice with the opportunity to progress long-term and become a qualified Part 3?

This company, with over a decade of experience, works on varied projects in both the high-end residential and commercial sectors. The company work on RIBA stages 0-6 nurturing projects from conceptualisation to completion. In this role, you will be work alongside and learn from the established Part 3 Architects and Architectural associates.

On offer is the chance to progress within a reputable company who offer full on the job training through mentorship and shadowing the director and senior members of the team. Through a structured training plan, you will work towards working on aspects of projects independently.

This role is ideal for Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a recent masters graduate in Architecture looking for a role with a friendly tight-knit practice who value their employees with excellent training and opportunities to progress with great benefits.

The role:

• Training within a well-experienced team to help deliver projects
• Conducting feasibility studies, preparing drawings, handling planning applications, creating technical drawings
• Creating presentations and providing support with various day-to-day tasks related to architecture projects
• Attending sites and liaising with clients
• Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)

The person:

• Architectural Assistant, Recently qualified Part 2
• Background in Design Software
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning Applications
• Commutable to Sutton, South London
