What you’ll do

Working within TSB’s Risk Function, a diverse team of risk professionals, you will partner with varied business units to build senior relationships and provide effective assurance on the management of Cyber risk to keep the bank and our customers safe and secure. You will create and deliver a portfolio of activity to ensure your teams focus on material risk areas that impact our customers most, including new technologies, privacy legislation, controls, projects, and key business decisions. The key stakeholders for the Senior Manager Risk Oversight are peers across the 2nd line Risk Function, 1st Line Cyber senior management, process and control owners and other control / audit functions.What you’ll bring

Strong technical understanding of Cyber frameworks and industry expectations such as NIST, ISO27001Strong working knowledge of risk frameworks and the ability to identify, articulate and test controls effectivelyUp to date with industry and regulatory trends to ensure TSB remains protected and adapts to new regulatory requirements, external threats, and exploitation of new technologiesHigh levels of gravitas at senior levels, alongside excellent communication and influencing skills to achieve good outcomesProven ability to lead a small team to achieve their potential and have a real and positive impact on the success of TSBAbout TSB
