Legal Cashier
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Cashier to join my clients team in their Hull Offices.My client is a well established law firm with an outstanding reputation for providing expert legal services to individuals and businesses.The Role:This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial professional who''s seeking work in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:Sales Ledger:• Prepare and submit invoices and credit notes accurately.• Post receipts and manage transfers between client and office ledgers.• Monitor and clear residual balances within 60 days of billing.• Send payment reminders and chase outstanding debts.• Preparation and drafting of bills, re-calculating time in the ledgers and reviewing contractual information.Purchase and Disbursement Ledger:• Reconcile purchase and disbursement accounts monthly.• Register and process invoices and disbursements promptly.
