This role is ideal for a conscientious, committed individual who possesses kindness, adaptability, and initiative, essential for effectively supporting our pupils.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Specialist Resource Provision, planning and delivering both group and individual support using appropriate resources.Ensure targeted intervention for pupils to improve learning outcomes in areas such as literacy, numeracy, speech and language, and social skills.Maintain up-to-date records of pupil progress and liaise with staff about the needs, progress, and achievements of pupils.Act as a key worker for pupils as directed, supporting their emotional and academic development.Coordinate and review the SEND provision for each pupil on the SEND register on a termly basis, actively involving parents in the process.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience as an HLTA or in a similar role, preferably within an inclusion setting.Strong ability to organize and deliver educational interventions and support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with pupils, parents, and ..... full job details .....
