Site Supervisor - HS2 Project

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a major HS2 infrastructure project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil engineering, with extensive experience supervising bulk earthworks operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

• Proven experience supervising bulk earthworks on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience working on major infrastructure projects (HS2 experience is highly desirable).
• Valid CSCS Gold Supervisor Card.
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• EUSR Categories 1 & 2 (Utilities Avoidance).
• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Demonstrable steady employment history, showing commitment and longevity within previous roles.
• Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to site supervision.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively with site management, engineers, and the wider project team.
