An exciting new opportunity has become available for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer within a Microsoft Gold Partnered, Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Tamworth.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate IT Support Engineer to join a forward thinking and growing MSP. There is ample opportunity for career progression with the company thriving and experiencing a 50% expansion over the last 18 months.

2nd Line IT Support Engineer experience:

* Windows 11 Operating Systems
* Microsoft 365 Administration
* Exchange, SharePoint & OneDrive
* Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
* Networking,TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching & firewalls
* Firewall Experience (SonicWALL, Fortinet, Unifi, Watchguard)
* Endpoint Security (Sophos Anti-Virus, Sentinel One, Defender)
* Windows Server 2016/2022/2025
* Experience within an MSP or client facing environment

We are not expecting the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to have experience in all the technologies above, just a strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more!

You will be self-motivated 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, a good communicator and have a natural desire to create a fluid environment. The successful 2nd Line IT Support Engineer should have strong problem-solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
