The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for: Project delivery for mechanical installation for housing developments, care homes and commercial buildings throughout the UK Leading the mechanical package for new build projects from the pre-construction phase through to completion Managing the full life cycle of mechanical works on multiple new build sites Managing all aspects of onsite activities Coordinating with consultants and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget High standards of workmanship, safety, regulatory compliance, quality and design specifications Leading subcontractors and internal delivery teams Creating project documentation including RAMS, OandM manuals and progress reports Regular site meetings and technical reviews The ideal Mechanical Project Manager candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing mechanical services on new build construction projects A minimum of a NVQ L2 in plumbing and heating and the ability to ..... full job details .....
