Payroll Administrator, Donegal, Permanent Job, Salary Negotiable Your new company You will work for a global manufacturing company based on the Donegal / Derry border. Due to continued expansion, this company requires a Payroll Administrator to join their dedicated payroll team.Your new role As Payroll Administrator, you will report to the Payroll Manager and support the payroll function. You will contribute to high-volume weekly and monthly payroll processing duties whilst also having responsibility for a range of office-based administration activities. Your duties will include -Assist and support Payroll Officers in carrying out their responsibilities of processing a weekly and monthly payroll to ensure efficient and accurate processingReview the in-house time and attendance database for accuracy, reconcile errors and make adjustments to ensure all hours are recorded/costed correctlyProcess paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll and time management systemsPrepare daily/weekly reports to Team Lead Support on overtime, project costings etc.Prepare daily and weekly reports to Senior Management on employee attendance.Update all new projects to Time Management System and delete obsolete projectsCompletion of quarterly CSO surveys and year-end tasksPreparation of letters for PPS numbers, Bank, Mortgage applications and other ad hoc employee requestsGeneral administration and other duties commensurate with the roleWhat you''ll need to succeed ..... full job details .....
