Sales Manager Required to look after Self-Employed Brokers Location: Hybrid (2 days in branch, 3 days from home) Surrey and Hampshire regions Salary: £55,000 + OTE £80,000+ About the Role My client is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to oversee and support our network of self-employed mortgage and protection advisers. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead a team, drive sales performance, and ensure advisers achieve their full potential while delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Manage, support, and develop a portfolio of self-employed brokers, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management. Drive sales growth across the adviser network, identifying opportunities for new business and cross-selling. Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company standards. Conduct regular branch visits, team meetings, and one-to-one sessions to motivate and support advisers. Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance, retention, and adviser satisfaction. Act as the first point of contact for escalations and complex client/adviser queries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and industry regulations. Person Specification Proven experience in mortgage sales management or financial services leadership.
