Production Engineer Brighouse PERMANENT Circa 40k Our client, a small to medium sized engineering business, have an immediate requirement to recruit a well versed Production Engineer to join their team. As Production Engineer you will have the following duties: Responsible for programming various CNC machines (FANUC and SIEMENS). Programming to customer drawings. Ability to program offline using CAD etc. Responsible for implementation of production processes and procedures. Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities. Be able to create routings. Order tooling Assist with shop floor layout and cell designs. Undertaking continuous training and development Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following: Should have a strong background in CNC Turning/Milling using live tooling. Previous experience of working within production engineering. PC skills Able to work to engineering drawings. Experience of various machine controls. Able to complete tasks using their own initiative. Strong team member and willing to assist wherever required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. This is a permanent position where you will be expected to work regular office hours with an early finish on a Friday.
