This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong bodyshop knowledge who can confidently manage the estimating and customer journey from initial vehicle assessment through to repair completion. What You''ll Be DoingInspecting vehicles thoroughly, assessing damage and preparing accurate, cost-effective repair estimates.Liaising with insurers to agree repair costs, obtain authorisations and keep all parties updated on timelines.Communicating directly with customers, explaining repair requirements, costs and expected completion dates in a clear and professional manner.Managing repair progress to ensure work is authorised, scheduled and completed efficiently.Working closely with technicians and the wider Bodyshop team to ensure accurate information and a smooth workflow.Maintaining accurate records, estimates, photographs and supporting documentation in line with insurer and company standards.Helping to ensure repairs are delivered to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service throughout.
