An IT System Implementation Specialist is required for our client based in Leeds. This is a hybrid position, approx. 2 days per week on site.Job overview;Experience in leading on software solution design, data migration, selection and implementation of core systems that support organisational objectives.Responsible for the development of procedures and strategies to support software testing and data migration to ensure technical quality assurance.Work in partnership with external delivery partners to achieve joint project objectives.Design, implement and maintain the systems required for deliveryTechnical Duties;Responsible for analysis of requirements, evaluation of software packages, and implement of ICT solutionsTo be a subject matter expert in data management and public information systems and to use this specialism at all stages of a project and software life cycle ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards ie Naptan and TranXchange.Design interfaces to integrate various software systems to provide a seamless flow of information to manage transport network and fulfil requirements of various passenger information channels.Lead on the software testing of new ICT systems to fulfil key business outcomes and meet customer needs.
