The Role
As a Graduate Academic Coach, you will work alongside class teachers and the school’s leadership team to deliver targeted academic interventions. Your role will involve working with small groups and individual pupils to boost confidence, raise attainment, and close learning gaps—particularly in core subjects such as reading, writing, and maths. This role is perfect for graduates interested in teaching, a career in teaching.
The Candidate
We are seeking a graduate with a strong academic background and a commitment to making a difference in education. You should be confident, enthusiastic, and able to build positive relationships with children. Experience working with young learners is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate is looking to gain additional classroom experience prior to applying for a PGCE.
