We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee commercial projects across Central London. Working with a leading MandE contractor, you will be responsible for managing site-based mechanical works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site, including HVAC, pipework, and plumbing installations Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow Monitor site progress and report on timelines, quality, and compliance Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and statutory regulations Oversee material orders, deliveries, and on-site logistics Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions Assist in commissioning and handover of completed systems Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial MandE projects Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services installations SSSTS/SMSTS and valid CSCS card Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications Experience working on fast-paced projects in live environments (e.g., office fit-outs, retail, hospitality) Desirable: NVQ Level 3 or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services First Aid certification Experience with CAFM/BIM tools ..... full job details .....
