Oversee the completion of design work within established schedules and financial parameters.Team Resource Oversight:

Allocate workloads strategically to ensure personnel are focused on the most critical and time-sensitive assignments.Inter-Office Coordination:

Collaborate with senior leadership across various branches and disciplines to provide input and support on shared initiatives.Authority Requirements Integration:

Ensure that project designs account for and incorporate the expectations of relevant regulatory and statutory organizations.Technical Review and Quality Assurance:

Personally carry out or supervise the checking and approval of technical drawings and reports, offering clear and actionable feedback. Ensuring that all designs are prepared in accordance with MCHW, DMRB and/or local design guidanceStandards Compliance:

Confirm that all engineering outputs align with applicable national and local standards and frameworks, such as those governing roads and highways.Driving Improvement and Independent Thinking:

Promote a mindset of innovation and continual advancement, while applying sound and independent decision-making.Health and Safety Adherence:
