We''re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run automotive business that prides itself on its reputation, customer service and supportive working environment.

The Role:

As Service Manager, you''ll oversee the day-to-day running of the service operation, acting as the key link between customers, the workshop and the administration team.

Working closely with the business owners, you''ll play an important role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring workshop efficiency and helping to drive the business forward.

The business operates with a close-knit team, including: 2 members of staff within the service administration function | 6 technicians within the workshop

This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to become involved in all aspects of the operation.

What We''re Looking For

Previous experience within an automotive service department

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

A proactive approach and willingness to get involved where needed

Experience managing workshop operations or service teams would be advantageous

Someone who enjoys working within a family business environment where relationships and reputation matter

What''s on Offer?

-38,000 - -40,000 basic salary

Monday to Friday working hours (No weekend work!)
