This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and innovate curricula that respond to both learner aspirations and employer needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee outstanding delivery of study programmes, apprenticeships, and employer-driven training. Ensure timely achievement of programmes across a wide variety of subjects, meeting and exceeding contractual targets. Lead on curriculum reform, creating responsive and cutting-edge products that meet the needs of employers, learners, and the wider industry. Collaborate as part of the College Management Team to contribute to the strategic direction of the College and strengthen partnerships with local and regional stakeholders. What you need Qualified teacher with a minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline. Proven management experience within a Health and Social Care, Early Years, or Science education setting.
