SF Recruitment is currently working with a fantastically socially purposed organisation in the recruitment of an interim Head of Finance. The Head of Finance will have overall responsibility for managing all financial aspects of the Trust including financial planning, management and reporting. Key tasks: - The Head of Finance will have overall responsibility for managing all financial aspects of the Trust including financial planning, management, and reporting. - To provide strategic financial advice to the Director of Resources and Governance and the wider executive management team to ensure the Trust meets its financial and legal obligations. - To develop and implement the Trust''s short, medium and long-term financial strategy, budgets and forecasts to support the trusts objectives in line with the Trust''s financial governance structure. - To oversee all financial transactions, accounting matters and cash flow management. To promote financial management and strong financial controls. - To prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including annual accounts and management information, providing narrative and solutions to any areas of concern/overspend. - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements and internal policies identifying areas of risk. - Providing financial advice, guidance, budget forecasts and financial modelling to senior management on strategic decision and business initiatives. - To identify opportunities to ..... full job details .....
