About the Role Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons across the curriculum (including your specialist subject area if applicable). Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and personalised interventions. Promote a safe, nurturing environment that supports wellbeing and independence. Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and families to provide holistic support. Take responsibility for a class group as a Class Tutor. Model high-quality behaviour support and emotional regulation strategies. Contribute to whole-school development and share best practice.
