Based from a prime City of London office, this is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded management team responsible for some of London''s flagship commercial office assets. The role would suit an ambitious Property Management Surveyor looking to develop their experience across high-quality Central London buildings, working closely with institutional clients, occupiers and experienced senior surveyors. The Role Working as part of the Central London Management team, you will help manage a portfolio of prime commercial office properties, with responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of individual assets. Your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day landlord and occupier matters across high-quality Central London office assets. Undertaking regular property inspections and maintaining a strong understanding of each building and its occupiers. Developing relationships with tenants, clients, asset managers and other key stakeholders. Supporting lease management matters including licenses to alter, assignments, under lettings and tenant compliance.
