Your Role:

As Head Chef, you''ll report to the Catering Manager and oversee a team of Chefs and Catering Assistants. You''ll manage rotas, set objectives, and identify training needs. You''ll ensure excellent hygiene practices, cater to complex dietary needs, and oversee financial planning, production, waste reduction, and stock control.
