Working on a hybrid basis, you will proactively support and implement best practice for compliances across the site and its systems. This is a permanent role.Commutable from: Oxford, Reading, Newbury, Swindon, Milton KeynesSalary: £ 63,000 - £ 70,000 p.a. plus excellent suite of benefits including option for car allowance / company car, family level private medical, generous annual leave entitlement, bonus scheme and pension.The RoleThe Quality Systems Manager will strive to achieve compliance and adherence to the relevant standards and regulations in place across a busy manufacturing environment encompassing both sustained production and new product development areas. The Quality Systems Manager will standardise the procedures and create the core operational processes to achieve full adherence.You will monitor compliance and set and develop the relevant KPIs to achieve compliance and maintain it, through both logical operating procedures and excellent communication and engagement across the business.
