Sales Manager IT Reseller Division (Build and Scale Role) Location: Newmarket (Hybrid) Salary: £50-60,000 + Uncapped Commission The Opportunity Our client is an established and growing Managed Service Provider with a strong UK presence across managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. As part of their continued growth, they are launching a new IT Reseller Division and are seeking an experienced Player Manager to build, lead, and scale this function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to create and shape a new revenue stream within a successful and well-positioned business. Sales Manager Role The successful candidate will take ownership of establishing the reseller division, combining strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution. Initially, the role will be heavily focused on personally generating revenue, developing pipeline, and securing early wins. Over time, the individual will build and lead a dedicated sales team, defining structure, processes, and culture. Sales Manager Responsibilities Drive new business through consistent outbound sales activity Re-engage and develop opportunities within the existing client base Sell IT hardware, infrastructure, and related solutions Build and manage a strong, high-quality sales pipeline Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the division Establish pricing, quoting, and margin frameworks Work closely with internal teams to support delivery and growth ..... full job details .....
