Profile We''re looking for a proactive and organised Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and update detailed construction programmes using Microsoft Project. Monitor project milestones and produce programme updates for both internal and client stakeholders. Identify programme risks, delays and schedule variances, escalating issues where appropriate. Support programme reviews, baseline planning and look-ahead scheduling. Produce Gantt charts, critical path analysis and resource planning reports. Maintain project trackers, risk registers, action logs and decision logs. Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports. Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and track follow-up actions. Support cost reporting, invoice tracking and purchase order administration Manage project documentation, ensuring drawings, specifications and correspondence are accurately controlled and distributed. Coordinate contractor documentation including RFIs, technical submittals and method statements. Assist in compiling project handover documentation and Operations andamp; Maintenance (Oandamp;M) manuals.
