We have supportive governors, colleagues and parents and are committed to professional development and school improvement.All about the role:We are looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, to provide support to pupils in Key Stage 2, based at our Upper Site in Brinkworth.We need someone who is committed to helping children to achieve their full potential, and who will be a positive role model for pupils, whatever their needs and abilities. The successful applicant will have relevant work experience with Primary aged pupils. The role will include some periods of supporting the whole class, and some periods of working with small groups on targeted activities and teaching. Experience in teaching maths and prior experience of and Emotional, Literacy, Support Assistant role would be an advantage.The role will have the following working pattern:Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Total 8.30 - 12 8.30 - 12 8.30 - 12 8.30 - 12 14 hrs HLTA 12-1 12-1 12-1 12-1 4 hrs MDSATeaching Assistants support as MDSAs 12 noon until 1pm each day, Monday to Friday.
