About the RoleOur client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a talented Employment Lawyer with approximately 3 years'' post-qualification experience to join their dynamic London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile matters for global clients across a range of sectors. Key Responsibilities Advising on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters.Handling complex tribunal claims and High Court litigation.Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.Providing strategic advice on workforce restructuring, TUPE, and employee relations issues.Supporting cross-border projects and collaborating with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions. Requirements Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 3 years PQE in employment law.Strong experience in both advisory and litigation work.Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service under pressure.Previous experience in an international or top-tier UK firm is desirable.
