Role: Groundskeeper / Handy Man

Location: Peacehaven, East Sussex

Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm) - part-time considered

Pay: -27,000 - -29,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Groundskeeper / Handy Man to join one of our longstanding clients, a well-established, family-run business based near Peacehaven.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role supporting the Park Manager with the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the park.

The Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery safely
• Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Full UK driving licence - essential

Desirable:

• Experience in groundskeeping, gardening, construction or maintenance
• Experience working within caravan parks or similar environments

The Role:

• Carry out grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming and general gardening
• Complete general maintenance and repair tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of park facilities
• Assist with trenching and basic concreting work
• Support with caravan siting
• Carry out basic plumbing and electrical tasks
