Customer Service Advisor

• Location: Liverpool / Hybrid (work 1 day from home)
• Salary: -23,489 per annum + Christmas Gift (-275 pro rata for part-time)
• Hours: 35.5 per week
• Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm (rotational pattern working 5 days out of 7)
• Holidays: 32 days (including 8 bank holidays)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Services Advisors to join a great business where you will be at the heart of the operations team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers through calls, email and live chat, providing excellent service, handling enquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
