Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join a Teesside based Civil Engineering contractor. As a result of significant growth they are now recruiting an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join an already established team. The company predominately work with housing developers and various main contractors. The succesful candidate will look after 2/3 projects at any one time. You will be office based in Teesside within the commercial team and there will be some travel to regional sites as and when required to undertake valuations, attend meetings etc. On offer is an attractive salary (up to £60,000) plus package including car/allowance, pension, fuel, holidays etc. The company offer excellent working hours with an early finish 3 days per week.
