The Role- Take responsibility for your own section, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.- Work with fresh, seasonal produce and contribute to our ever-evolving menus.- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in a fast-paced environment.- Support the team by mentoring junior chefs and assisting senior staff.- Uphold the highest hygiene and food safety standards.

What Were Looking For- Previous experience as a CDP or strong background in a professional kitchen.- A love for bold flavours, British cuisine, and seasonal cooking.- Organised, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure.- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as part of a supportive team.
