Adapt learning materials and classroom activities to meet individual needs. Promote independence, confidence and engagement in learning. Support communication during breaktimes, extracurricular activities and educational visits. Work collaboratively with teachers, leaders, parents and external professionals. Provide personal care support where required, following appropriate training and guidance.
