Becomes part of the end user support team, helping a range of people at the firm and solving all kinds of their issues.Respond to various kinds of tickets and aim to fulfil every ticket with team support for anything not solvable immediately.Onboard new users and troubleshoot complex network performance issues with automation at the core of your work to maintain an efficient technical environment.Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and thoroughly tested before deployment; share improvements and ideas with the team.Collaborate closely with colleagues to apply problem-solving approaches and automate where appropriate using PowerShell or Python.Qualifications

Experience in a similar IT Support role in a Microsoft environment.Strong PowerShell or Python for automation; able to demonstrate previous automation work at interview.Good problem-solving abilities and the ability to work closely with colleagues.Compensation and benefits
