In this role, you''ll be responsible for both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical systems. You''ll ensure all equipment and building systems operate efficiently and remain compliant with current regulations. Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled PPM and respond to reactive maintenance requests Work on Single and Three Phase Power systems, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS Safely isolate and reinstate plant equipment as required Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet regulatory standards Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS and logbooks Operate and manage jobs through the PDA system Act as a point of contact for client queries on-site Promote safe working practices at all times Candidate Requirements: Electrically qualified (City and Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent) Minimum 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance Strong understanding of MandE plant and building systems Proactive, professional, and able to work ..... full job details .....
