Join a team at Orchard House in Withington committed to delivering high-quality care and making a difference in service users’ lives.As a Senior Support Worker, build strong relationships with service users, family and friends, health care professionals, and your Line Manager.Be responsible for following guidelines and policies, writing care plans, and ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders.Support the Team Leader and assist with medication management.Use care technology to spend more time with service users while maintaining high standards of care.Qualifications

Experience working with older people in residential care.Flexible, patient, caring, and organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Benefits
