We re currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing business based in Desborough, to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. £26,000 - £28,000 Working hours 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4.30pm 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Statutory pension Car parking Office based role Duties and responsibilities: Purchase ledger (matching, batching and coding of invoices) Reconciling supplier statements Sales ledger (raising invoices, posting invoices, credit notes) Reconciling bank statements Credit control Query resolution Payroll (processing from TandA system) and setting up new starters Expenses VAT returns Skills and experience required: Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role Knowledge of working with client ERP systems Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Excellent attention to detail ..... full job details .....
