Duties of the Service Advisor position:

• Manage customer appointments and handle service enquiries efficiently
• Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs
• Provide accurate quotations and clear explanations of work carried out
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status throughout the service process
• Upsell additional services and parts where appropriate
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Deliver high standards of customer service to foster repeat business and customer satisfaction

Requirements for the role:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
