The Role As an Operations Cost Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class cost analysis, reporting, and planning across the Markerstudy Group, with a focus on Operations. You will provide senior stakeholders and directors with timely, accurate insights into the cost base and strategic investments, while working closely with the Operations team to identify, validate, and deliver cost savings. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Operations management team to identify and develop opportunities, support business case creation, and track delivery. Produce high-quality month-end and forecast reports with clear commentary and variance analysis. Use KPIs to challenge and improve business cost performance. Support budgeting and rolling forecasts, covering FTE, staff, and non-staff costs. Act as a trusted business partner to stakeholders and directors across the Group. ..... full job details .....
