Due to continued success, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Liverpool office Your new roleAs Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:Management and control of commercial aspects of the projectsDirect interface/liaison with the client''s delivery teamProcurement and management of subcontractorsPricing of contract and third-party worksIdentification and management of change controlMaintain commercial information relevant to the contractMeasurement, contract administration, record keeping, maintaining key schedules for information and procurement, tendering and placement.
