Commissioning Manager – Luxury Care Home
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new, luxury care home in Aylesbury. This flagship service will provide high-quality nursing, dementia, and residential care, with a focus on person-centred support and community engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the service from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing team, embedding a supportive culture, and setting new standards in care for the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful opening of a brand-new care home

• Recruit, develop, and support a dedicated care team

• Establish and maintain full regulatory compliance

• Deliver outstanding person-centred care services

• Build relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Drive occupancy and promote the home within the community

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in care home commissioning or management

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

• Excellent team-building and communication skills

• A passion for delivering high-quality care

• Nursing qualification desirable but not essential
