Our client, a progressive and innovative residential developer, is seeking an experienced Construction Finishing Manager to oversee a new residential development near New Quay. This role offers the opportunity to be involved with a project that emphasises quality, community, and attention to detail. The development will feature a range of 2 to 4-bedroom homes, designed to with the local architecture and natural surroundings. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the finishing stages of the build, from second fix through to practical completion and handover. Coordinate and manage finishing trades and subcontractors, including carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decorating, and external finishes. Drive quality control across all plots, ensuring finishes meet design specifications, client standards, and NHBC / warranty requirements. Manage and close out snagging and defects, working closely with subcontractors to achieve timely resolution. Carry out regular plot inspections, ensuring consistency and attention to detail across the development. Liaise closely with the Site Manager, Commercial team, and client representatives to ensure programmes are met without compromising quality. Oversee plot completions, including readiness for inspections, CMLs, and customer handovers.
