Working with clients, colleagues, suppliers, statutory authorities and other third parties, you will keep documentation accurate, follow up actions and approvals, and support effective financial and operational processes.Key responsibilitiesProvide general company administration support, including reception duties, telephone messages and prompt follow-up of calls.Prepare correspondence and reports, and manage printing, scanning, filing and document control.Coordinate project submissions to clients, statutory authorities and other third parties.Complete forms and organise supporting documents and design information.Monitor responses and approvals, maintain full progress records, and provide weekly updates to colleagues and clients.Communicate proactively with clients, colleagues and statutory bodies, including Building Control, NHBC, planning and highway authorities, the Environment Agency and ..... full job details .....
