Job Summary: As well as assisting in overseeing the mechanical department, the role will also involve: mechanical design, condition surveys, feasibility studies, report writing checking designs and offering mentoring our younger engineers managing the departments projects, workload, and resourcing managing your own projects and client interaction providing project solutions and checking the quality of designs securing new work and assisting with fee proposals and framework bids networking and presentations This position also offers the possibility of becoming a member of the partnership and helping the management team to develop the business.
