Senior Financial Analyst – London (Hybrid)

Representing a global technology leader undergoing exciting transformationWe’re working with a top-tier international tech and business services firm to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant for their UKandI finance team. This London-based role reports to the Senior Finance Manager and plays a key part in statutory reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, and finance operations across P2P, O2C, treasury, and payroll. You’ll act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and offshore teams, supporting financial analysis, IFRS compliance, and process improvement. The business is undergoing significant change, so adaptability and a proactive mindset are essential.Key Responsibilities

Prepare UK GAAP statutory accounts and support audit cyclesLead balance sheet analysis, reconciliations, and group reportingSupport tax calculations, RDEC analysis, and compliance across UK and IrelandProvide technical accounting guidance (IFRS 15, leases, pensions)Collaborate with offshore teams to enhance finance operationsQualifications

ACA/ACCA qualified with 1–2 years PQEAudit-trained with strong IFRS and tax knowledgeSkilled in Excel and ERP systems (SAP desirable)Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environmentSeniority level
