You will be required to work on site at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth a minimum of three days per week. What you''ll do: Lead and manage Senior Case Workers and Social Workers. Handle a small, complex caseload. Assess risk. Support the duty function and deputise for the Team Manager. Assist in strategic planning and service delivery. Provide regular supervision and support to team members. What we''re looking for: Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE).
