It will be a rewarding position offering progression to a more senior level and exposure to the wider businesses. This will involve working on the CP7 Framework including minor works and civils packages. What you will be doing:Contract administration under the Main Contract and Subcontracts.Support the team with management of subcontract payment notices in accordance with statutory and company requirements.Assist in the preparation of periodic cost/value reconciliation reports.Identify risks and opportunities in the administration of commercial processes upstream and downstream.Monitoring of planned vs actual cost across disciplines (Labour, Plant, Material, and Subcontract).Timely issue of contractual notices and quotations under the project.First principles estimating. Who we''re looking for:Ideally degree qualified or on a degree pathway in Commercial/Quantity SurveyingThorough understanding of good commercial working principles.Have a solid record of achievement and successful portfolio working across civils or infrastructure projects for a contractor.Ideally worked on NEC option A, C or E contracts.Knowledge and experience of procurement/supply chain engagement.Ability to measure value ..... full job details .....
