Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a passionate Design & Technology Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students in KS3 and KS4, with potential for KS5 teaching depending on experience.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging Design & Technology lessons across all Key Stages

• Prepare students for GCSEs and support progress tracking

• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives

• Maintain a safe, organised, and motivating workshop/classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching Design & Technology in a secondary setting

• Strong classroom management and organisational skills

• Passionate about practical and creative learning

• Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
